Hospitality End Point Assessor Role

We are seeking a qualified Hospitality End Point Assessor to join our team at Penshaw View Recruitment Careers. As a Hospitality End Point Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing Hospitality Team Member (housekeeping) trainees who are at the end of their apprenticeships to ensure their knowledge meets the requirements of the assessment. Your expertise and experience will play a vital role in evaluating trainees and reporting on their competencies.

This is an associate role where we would require 2 days per week availability. Permanent role may be considered for the right candidate.

Key Requirements:
  • Relevant experience of working in the Hospitality sector
  • At least 3 years hands-on experience
  • Hold or be willing to complete Level 3 Award in Undertaking End Point Assessment once contracted
  • Driving licence, own transport and willingness to travel to agreed regions within the UK
  • Competent in the use of technology including mobile/tablet device, Microsoft Office, website navigation, emails and web conferencing (training on systems will be provided once contracted)
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to write clear and constructive feedback


Desirable Criteria:
  • Hold an IQA qualification
  • Have experience of assessment and quality assurance
  • Understanding of end-point assessment
