Job Summary:
Penshaw View Recruitment is seeking a skilled individual to join our team as an End Point Evaluator for Hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the competence of hospitality trainees, ensuring their knowledge meets the required standards. This is a permanent role requiring 2 days per week availability.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct end-point assessments in line with the assessment plan and company guidelines, evaluating trainees' competencies against set criteria. Score and grade apprentices, providing written feedback after each assessment. Additionally, this role involves attending remote training sessions, keeping industry knowledge up-to-date, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the hospitality sector, hold a driving license, and be willing to complete a Level 3 Award in Undertaking End Point Assessment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to write clear, constructive feedback are essential. While experience with technology and IQA qualifications are desirable, they are not necessary. This role offers a competitive salary, estimated at £35,000 - £45,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
