Agile Training Lead Opportunity

Cognitive Group | Part of the Focus Cloud Group is seeking an experienced Agile Training Lead to spearhead the rollout of our Agile playbook across delivery and business transformation teams. This is a unique opportunity to work with a large financial services end customer, driving the adoption of Agile methodology and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams, focusing on Agile methodology and best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior business stakeholders and C-level executives to embed Agile ways of working.
  • Design and implement the Agile playbook operating model, ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft Azure and security implementation.
  • Identify key areas for upskilling and develop targeted training programs to enhance business users' Agile knowledge.
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders to ensure successful transition to Agile methodology.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Agile coaching and training, with a strong track record in financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology and its application in complex transformation programs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Contract Details:
