Job Title: Agile Training Lead

Job Summary:

Cognitive Group | Part of the Focus Cloud Group is seeking an experienced Agile Training Lead to head up the training roll-out of the Agile playbook across delivery and business transformation, in tandem with a large scale Microsoft Azure and security implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upskill the organisation's internal teams via Agile methodology and ways of working
  • Deliver training and ongoing coaching for business users right up to c-level
  • Embed Agile ways of working in tandem with the CIO and CTO
  • Be responsible for overall documentation and delivery of how Agile working methods are implemented into the organisation
  • Develop and implement the Agile playbook operating model and team structure
  • Identify key areas within the business that require further upskilling on Agile methodology and ways of working
  • Liaise and engage with senior business stakeholders and strategic level business users
  • Work on large transformation programmes in the financial services sector

Requirements:

  • Financial services experience
  • Proven track record of working in tier one consultancy environments on large transformation programmes

Contract Details:

This will be a 6 months contract based onsite 2 days per week.
