Agile Training Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Agile Training Lead to join our team at Cognitive Group | Part of the Focus Cloud Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of Agile methodologies across our delivery and business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive Agile training programs for internal teams and business users
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to embed Agile ways of working across the organization
  • Design and implement Agile operating models and team structures
  • Provide coaching and guidance to teams on Agile methodology and best practices
  • Contribute to the development of Agile training materials and documentation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Agile coaching and training
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Financial services experience and a track record of working on large transformation programs
