Sales and Account Growth Manager

Job Overview:
Mulberry Recruitment is seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a well-established media advertising business and contribute to its continued growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Reach (&exceed) individual sales targets by selling advertising space to local businesses
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing managers/owners of local businesses to win new business and develop existing accounts
- Participate in sales meetings and team activities to drive business growth
- Assist in the development of strategic plans to achieve business objectives
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and customer information
Requirements:
- High energy levels and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £23,000-£25,000 + Uncapped Commission (£28,000-£33,000 OTE), a dynamic and supportive work environment, and opportunities for growth and development.
