About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Budget Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably with a construction-related degree.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate estimates and tenders for refurbishment, restoration, and fit-out projects.
  • Conduct site visits to gather project details.
  • Develop detailed cost estimates and tenders for projects ranging from £50,000 to £1m.
