March Construction is seeking an experienced Project Budget Coordinator to join our team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for coordinating project budgets, working closely with project managers and engineers to deliver high-quality results. Your expertise in cost control principles and practices, combined with excellent analytical skills, will enable you to drive business growth and improve project profitability.

About the Role:
Your primary responsibilities will include preparing accurate cost estimates, conducting market research to stay updated on industry pricing trends and material costs, and presenting estimates to stakeholders. Additionally, you will collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for accurate estimations, and review project specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities. Your attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data will ensure that all estimates are accurate and comprehensive.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of cost control principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly to team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using estimation software and tools.

What We Offer:

£35,000 - £50,000 per year, Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday, Education: Bachelor's (preferred), Experience: 2 years construction experience required, Driving Licence (preferred). Job Type: Full-time.
