Pastry Senior Chef de Partie Opportunity

Claridge's, a renowned 5-star hotel in the heart of Mayfair, is seeking an experienced Pastry Senior Chef de Partie to join our team in Claridge's Restaurant.

As a Pastry Senior Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing the pastry and bakery production, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, and leading a team of chefs in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing ingredients and assisting the Pastry Head Chef in managing pastry and bakery production.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Leading and supervising a team of chefs, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Participating in the preparation of all baked goods, pastries, and desserts in accordance with established recipes.
  • Maintaining high levels of communication with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Experience as a chef de partie or higher in a fast-paced pastry kitchen environment.
  • Advanced patisserie skills, including chocolate tempering.
  • 5-star experience in a similar position is essential for this role.
  • Passion for food and quality products and ingredients.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
