**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant. The successful candidate will work closely with a small group of eight pupils, helping them navigate behavioural, emotional, and learning challenges. This role will involve fostering the development of their interpersonal and communication skills, while also supporting their growth in numeracy and literacy. Our estimated salary for this role is £88 per day, paid from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:15pm.

**Responsibilities and Requirements:**
- Provide social, emotional, and academic support to students with learning difficulties and mental health challenges
- Work closely with a small group of eight pupils to help them navigate behavioural, emotional, and learning challenges
- Foster the development of their interpersonal and communication skills, while also supporting their growth in numeracy and literacy
- Apply psychological theories and engage in restorative and therapeutic practices to support children
