Home Support Worker Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Home Support Worker Lead, playing a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults in our Cumnock community.
Your responsibilities may include assisting clients with daily tasks, planning outings, and promoting independence. We value candidates who can provide empathetic and person-centred care.
To be successful, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Essential Requirements:
- A valid driving licence for manual vehicles
- Access to a personal vehicle
Salary: £22,000-£28,000 per year
