Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Brave. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial part in supporting our business growth by actively contributing to the development of leads for our General Insurance and Financial Services products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive contact with existing and prospective customers to generate general insurance leads in line with set targets.
- Manage our CRM system to identify opportunities in line with the business' growth ambitions and risk appetite.
- Co-ordinate sales campaigns and distribute opportunities to the team.
- Use CRM and work closely with the Office Manager to understand the team's workloads in order to establish suitable work allocation.
- Consistently provide excellent levels of customer service in all interactions with potential and existing customers, delivering on promises, meeting their needs, and exceeding expectations.
- Always demonstrate high values of trust and integrity, acting as a positive role model in line with the Agency's policies and cultural principles.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience and/or experience in a targeted and driven sales generating role.
- Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
- GCSE in Maths and English (A-C grade) or equivalent.
- Strong IT literacy, proficient using MS Office Applications.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality by adhering to procedures and regulations with care, skill, and diligence.
- Knowledge of Commercial Insurance.
- Previous experience dealing with businesses or high net-worth customers.
- Own transport & full UK driving licence.
