The primary objective for this role is to define best practice policies, processes, and technical design for the development and delivery of Identity and Access Management capabilities for employees, the Partnership, and third parties.

The ideal candidate will have experience of the SailPoint Identity and Access Management tool or similar, and be able to provide technical expertise on the Sailpoint and AD(or other equivalent IAM tools), ensuring the design and implementation of SJP's IAM solutions fully exploit the features of the platform and maximise operational efficiency.

The role involves defining and documenting processes and technology solutions that deliver the IAM capabilities needed for SJP, providing Subject Matter Expertise on Identity Access Management (IAM) provisioning processes and workflows, and collaborating with Technology Operations teams to ensure system policies remain aligned.

The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder relationship skills and People Management skills, and be able to learn a complex systems estate and quickly map dependencies and integrations in order to define solutions or identify issues that could occur in the IAM system.
