The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of hardware and software solutions, with experience in installation, operation, and maintenance. They will be responsible for providing reactive, proactive, and in-life support to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless operational workflow and quality of installation/maintenance/remediation and data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To build and maintain a detailed understanding of the digital hardware & software solutions, including what it takes to install, operate, and maintain them.
  • To support research and analysis into suitable alternatives to improve site data availability and provide recommendations.
  • To troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to ensure project success, working closely with the team both in the office and in the field.
  • To assist in the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and user guides.

Requirements:

  • A technical qualification in a technical or engineering field, such as electronic/mechanical engineering, computer science, or related course.
  • Knowledge of electronic, remote-control systems, telemetry, real-time monitoring, or utilities.
  • Ability to travel and work on-site as required for training, auditing, and support (UK driving licence essential).
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written); knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
