**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join our Specialist Learning Disability Service in Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will work as part of a diverse multi-disciplinary team to support Adults with Learning Disabilities who have communication needs and those who have dysphagia needs.

The service is based across Buckinghamshire, with a base in Aylesbury, a base in High Wycombe, and opportunities to work flexibly from home. The successful candidate will receive regular clinical supervision and support from the members of the Speech and Language Therapy team, peer supervision, and actively encouraged to participate in continuing professional development.

This is a development post ideally suited to a Newly Qualified SLT interested in Learning Disabilities. We welcome applications from SLT graduates and those due to qualify in the near future. Newly qualified SLTs will be supported at Band 5 level and following completion of a competency framework, they will be transferred to a Band 6 role without the need for additional recruitment.
