Job Description

Burton Bolton & Rose Recruitment Services Ltd is looking for a skilled Front Desk Professional to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk, ensuring a warm welcome for visitors.
  • Handle phone calls, responding to queries and transferring calls as necessary.
  • Prepare and serve refreshments to guests.
  • Track and chase personnel for weekly reports and timesheets.
  • Coordinate the ordering and tracking of stationery deliveries.
Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an administrative setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience, along with a comprehensive package of benefits, including health insurance and pension scheme.
