About Us

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a pioneering recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker to join our Mental Health Hospitals Team on a permanent basis. Based in Enfield, this role offers a unique opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art office with excellent transport links to Central London.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is up to £45,834 per annum, along with a range of benefits including an excellent pension through the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS), up to 32 days annual leave, and a blend of remote and office-based working.

Job Description

This role involves providing personalised assessment, care management, and social work services to users and carers arising out of the Council's duties and powers under legislation. You will work in accordance with guidelines set out by local management and make full use of local voluntary and statutory resources in delivering a service.

Key responsibilities include undertaking assessments of need, establishing eligibility for services, providing social work services for adults with mental health problems and their carers, managing and monitoring care/support plans, acting as a care coordinator, and complying with local recording policy and other documentation as required.

You will also be expected to participate in duty rotas systems, undertake safeguarding adult enquiries, and undertake training as required including training as an Approved Mental Health Professional and Best Interest Assessor or Practice Educator.
