Job Opportunity: Proposition Manager

Location: You'll be based at our Broadlands Business Campus near Horsham in West Sussex. Our campus offers a serene working environment with state-of-the-art facilities, including an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, gym, and regular shuttle service to and from Horsham's main train station. We also support flexible working arrangements to help you achieve a healthy work-life balance.

  • Collaborate with Change teams and Benchmark Digital to implement clear value propositions.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in business.
  • Extensive experience in Financial Services, particularly Financial Planning / IFA and wrap/platform markets.
  • Solid background in proposition management with knowledge of financial planning principles.
  • Strong networking, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with IT CRM systems.
  • Valid UK driving license.
