We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our fundraising efforts and drive strategic growth. As a key member of our Partnerships and Philanthropy team, you will be responsible for developing compelling propositions and cases for support that will generate income and help us achieve our ambitious plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead the creation of compelling propositions and cases for support that engage Partnership and Philanthropy donors.
  • Work closely with the Head of Resource Hub and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and other external parties.

  • Proven track record of success in fundraising and strategic growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
