Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our Change teams and Benchmark Digital to implement clear value propositions.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in financial services and recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in business or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in Financial Services, particularly Financial Planning / IFA and wrap/platform markets.
  • Solid background in proposition management with knowledge of financial planning principles.
  • Strong networking, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with IT CRM systems.
  • Valid UK driving license.
