About the Role:

As a Financial Penalty Enforcement Specialist at Brook Street, you will play a vital role in ensuring convicted individuals comply with financial penalties imposed by the criminal courts. Joining the HM Courts and Tribunal Service (HMCTS) team in Newport, you will be part of a large-scale operation that employs approximately 1,500 staff across 50 locations in England and Wales.

The Criminal Fines Collection and Enforcement department is responsible for making sure people pay fines and other financial penalties on time. This involves handling customer calls, providing excellent service, and working collaboratively with others to resolve issues.

You will be based at the HMCTS Wales Contact & Compliance Centre in Cwmbran, which operates a centralised telephony service for The Criminal Fines Collection and Enforcement Service. With a strong focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, this centre strives to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
