**Job Summary:** As Director of Pastoral Care at Broadlands Academy, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our pastoral care strategy.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in student welfare and a strong understanding of the complexities surrounding pastoral care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with students, parents, and staff to ensure the highest levels of student satisfaction and achievement.
  • Leading a team of pastoral leaders to deliver high-quality support services to students.
  • Coordinating initiatives to promote student well-being and reduce barriers to learning.
  • Working closely with teachers and other staff members to ensure consistent and effective support for students.
  • Providing guidance and advice on pastoral issues and concerns.
