Support Care Professional Full and Part Time Opportunity

Mirus Wales is committed to providing high-quality support to individuals with autism. We are seeking a dedicated Support Care Professional to join our team on a full and part-time basis.
Role OverviewThis role involves working with our supported living services, providing assistance and encouragement to individuals to become integrated members of their local community. You will promote physical and social participation, enabling individuals to lead fulfilling lives.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized support plans, supporting individuals with daily living tasks, and facilitating fully funded and supported qualifications. You will also be responsible for ensuring that individuals receive the highest level of care and support.
We offer a competitive salary range of £22,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive paid work-related travel at 45p per mile between services, premium payments for sleep in and wake in, and 24 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
