DBT Skills Group Leader Position

Due to rapid expansion, we are looking for a talented Senior DBT Therapist to join our team in South West London.
Our mental health treatment centre provides expert care for individuals dealing with addictions, depression, anxiety, stress, and eating disorders.
Job Overview- Collaborate with the Therapy Lead and Therapy Business Manager to share knowledge on upcoming entry points with referrers.
- Maintain a diverse clinical caseload consisting of DBT Skills Groups and 1:1 therapy sessions.
- Record precise and detailed information, including risk assessment and clinical notes.
- Support the Therapy Administration and patients in arranging funding for patients.
- Promote the service at the DBT Network, cooperating with the Director of Therapies and other services.
- Demonstrate exceptional ability and confidence in delivering skills groups and 1:1 therapy.
The chosen candidate will receive a premium salary reflecting their experience and qualifications.
