We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Operations Coordinator to join our London-based team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the production of vital documentation required by our retail partners to book promotions and communicate product changes for our diverse title portfolio.
- Contribute to the success of our retail sell-ins by maintaining and inputting records onto our internal sales system, ensuring the most up-to-date retail information is available to all key stakeholders.
- Handle enquiries and coordinate communication and documentation between internal and external contacts.
- Manipulate and analyze information supplied from internal and external sources to create user-friendly documents for sharing amongst key contacts.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office suite (MS Excel).
- Have a strong logical approach to problem-solving with an eye for detail.
- Be self-motivated, well-organized, and good at meeting deadlines.
- Have an aptitude for managing processes and forming great working relationships.
