Job Title:

Retail Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Operations Coordinator to support the Head of Retail in executing the company strategy to deliver a world-class experience and brand immersion within our luxury retail stores across the UK.

The successful candidate will work closely with the retail teams, marketing, merchandising, and sales departments to coordinate a best-in-class result for our growing retail footprint. Key duties include:

  1. Supporting the administrative setup of new boutiques
  2. Coordinating and collating weekly and monthly reports
  3. Monitoring and reporting on the Breitling Gift With Purchase Programme
  4. Collating and reporting retail KPI data
  5. Working with marketing on the utilization of retail CRM data
  6. Coordinating stationery, uniforms, and sales tools for the boutique network
  7. Collaborating with the VM team on visual animations
  8. Implementing sales tools and assisting with training days
