At Rituals, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team in London. As a key member of our Retail Operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence across our retail stores and outlets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day operations, supporting the resolution of store-based challenges, and monitoring key commercial and operational KPIs. You will also collaborate with local and central stakeholders to prepare, execute, and evaluate commercial and operational programs for outlet stores.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all Rituals global ways of working are aligned in stores and outlets to deliver best-in-class store processes and procedures
  • Tracking key KPIs and collaborating with local head office and field-based teams to ensure high performance across the estate
  • Collaborating with local and central stakeholders to prepare, execute, and evaluate commercial and operational programs for outlet stores
  • Working with local and central colleagues in supply chain to ensure high product availability and fulfillment to stores
  • Working with local and central stakeholders to review robust summer and winter sale plans and help with execution
  • Working alongside store opening coordinator on store development projects, including initial arranging opening orders for stock and styling items
  • Ensuring all store data is correctly maintained in the master data system (STEP)
  • Contributing to the response of operational queries from frontline and the local head office via the retail inbox
  • Leading the preparation and communication of retail briefings across commercial and operational topics
  • Supporting to ensure optimal regular and promotional product availability for regular and outlet stores and reducing the possibility of out-of-stocks
  • Taking the lead in supporting frontline teams with capacity management and aiding retail team in the planning and execution of interstore transfers where necessary

Qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating on supply and logistics
  • Experience supporting the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of commercial plans
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Influencing and communication skills

  • Excellent communication skills both externally and at all levels in the company, both written and verbal
  • Robust IT skills, particularly in Excel
  • Structured and process-driven
  • Attention to detail is a must
