About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Kitchen Professional to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals to residents in a residential setting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and preparing meals for residents
  • FOLLOWING RECIPIES AND MAINTAINING HEALTH, HYGIENE AND SAFETY STANDARDS
  • Controlling food and waste
  • Cleaning kitchen equipment and storage areas
  • Managing and controlling all food stock
  • Collecting routine data and performing daily checks

Your Background

  • 2 years of experience in hands-on cooking
  • Experience of working to strict food hygiene standards
  • Ability to follow recipes and cook a variety of cuisines
