We are looking for an experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Sycamore Lodge Approved Premises. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving meals to our residents.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our catering supervisor to ensure smooth kitchen operations, maintain high standards of food quality, and adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in volume cooking, ability to follow recipes, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • As a Culinary Specialist, you will also contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, manage inventory levels, and participate in ongoing training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare high-quality meals, considering resident preferences and dietary needs.
  • Ensure accurate portion control and presentation of dishes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and promote a positive work environment.
  • Manage inventory levels, receiving, and checking stock to minimize waste.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on cooking experience.
