Head of CRM and Loyalty

Lucid Support Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our CRM and loyalty initiatives. As Head of CRM and Loyalty, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing all activities related to customer relationship management and loyalty programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
  • Lead the development and maintenance of a robust loyalty program to reward and retain customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM and loyalty initiatives with business objectives
  • Manage and analyze data to inform CRM and loyalty strategies and optimize program performance
  • Ensure seamless integration of CRM and loyalty systems with existing infrastructure
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in CRM and loyalty program management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with CRM and loyalty software and systems
