Curriculum Development Specialist

Rangiora High School is seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Curriculum Development Specialist to join our Strategic Leadership Team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Leader of Learning to develop, lead, and evaluate the school's curriculum, ensuring that each student is supported and empowered in a safe, equitable, and inclusive environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics education and a passion for improving student engagement and achievement. They will be a strategic thinker, able to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and whānau to drive curriculum development and implementation.
The successful candidate will be committed to culturally responsive pedagogy and restorative practices, and will have a strong understanding of the New Zealand Curriculum. They will be able to communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents, and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
