This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering outstanding education across various curriculum areas. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the senior leadership team to drive college strategic priorities and contribute to our relentless pursuit of excellence in curriculums.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement innovative curriculum strategies to enhance student outcomes and experiences.
- Lead a team of curriculum staff in delivering excellent teaching, learning, and assessment practices.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to ensure seamless implementation of college self-assessment and quality assurance processes.
