Job Summary:
Rangiora High School is seeking a dedicated and innovative educator to join our team as an Assistant Leader of Learning and Curriculum. The successful candidate will assist and support the leader of learning in developing, leading, and evaluating the school's curriculum and the New Zealand Curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Strategic Leadership Team, middle leaders, staff, and parents/whānau to ensure a safe, equitable, and inclusive environment for all students.
- Develop and lead curriculum initiatives that promote student engagement and achievement.
- Work closely with teachers to design and implement effective learning programs.
Requirements:
- Passion for improving student engagement and achievement.
- Commitment to co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents/whānau.
