We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Caring Professional to join our team as a Residential Support Worker. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be empathetic, non-judgmental, and calm, with a "can-do" attitude.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care to young people, recognizing their choices, rights, and decisions. A full driving licence is required, and experience working in a care environment is desirable but not essential.
This role offers excellent rates of pay and additional supplements, flexible working hours, and ongoing career progression opportunities. The successful applicant will undergo an enhanced disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau and must prioritize safeguarding and protecting vulnerable adults/children.

Requirements:
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) or equivalent
- Full driving licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: Estimated £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on location and experience
