Job Overview
Barchester Healthcare is a reputable care home provider operating over 200 care homes across the UK. We are currently seeking a Senior Care Assistant to work in one of our care homes in Oxted, RH8 0NH. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of care assistants and supporting the clinical team in specific areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to older adults.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and inspire a team of care assistants
- Support the clinical team in specific areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews
- Create a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment for residents
- Provide individualised care and support to residents

Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
- Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to delivering high-quality care and support
