Responsibilities- Providing personalized care and support to individuals with learning disabilities

- Working collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services
- National Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
