About the Role
Barchester Healthcare is a leading care home provider with over 200 homes across the UK. We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our team at one of our care homes in Oxted, RH8 0NH. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants, working alongside the Deputy General Manager. Your role will involve supporting the clinical team in specific areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews. You will also play a key part in creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment for our residents.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You should also have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for someone who is warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualised care and support to our residents.
