Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Audiologist to join our team in Oxted, covering maternity leave for up to 3 days/24 hours per week. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on delivering outstanding client satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out comprehensive hearing health checks and examinations to the highest standards, following HCPC and BSA guidelines
  • Work closely with the practice team to deliver exceptional client service and ensure seamless communication throughout the client journey
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and lifestyle requirements to provide personalized recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Audiology or a related field, with HCPC registration and pre-registration training completed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, peers, and clients
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Experience working in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent client care
