As a Community Based Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their daily lives. This may involve accompanying them on outings, assisting with daily tasks, and providing emotional support as needed. You will work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the individual receives comprehensive support and services.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and are comfortable working in a flexible, dynamic environment. As a Community Based Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a rewarding and challenging role. Working from home, you can earn between £4,200 - £5,762 per month*, with tax relief, training, and ongoing support provided by The Richmond Fellowship Scotland.
