About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Capacity & Configuration Lead to join our team at Vodafone UK. As a key member of our Business Security Enhanced team, you'll play a crucial role in providing world-class Secure Solutions for our Enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Producing Capacity Reports, based on business usage trends, business Capacity Plans, taking into account the customer's strategy and demand forecasts.
  • Delivering customer Capacity & Configuration reports within agreed SLAs and clearly documenting assumptions, options, and recommendations.
  • Using toolsets and applications from the Configuration & Capacity Management system to provide accurate and current information in support of the customer and all other ITIL roles and processes.
  • Providing ITIL aligned Capacity, Configuration, and Asset Management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience producing capacity & configuration management reports.
  • Experience of communicating to all levels of the business internally and externally.
  • Experience of capacity & configuration management within the Public or Private Sector.
  • A Telecoms background.
  • Knowledge of Capacity Management within Transmission and IP network and related hardware/software.

Security Clearance

This position requires the eligibility and ability to obtain and hold UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
