**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Mental Health Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a SEN school, supporting students with complex social, emotional and mental health needs.

The successful candidate will be working closely with the clinical team, using their knowledge of psychology and criminology to provide first-class support to students. The role involves working collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop individualized education plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide emotional support and guidance to students with complex needs
  • To work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop individualized education plans
  • To contribute to a safe and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

  • A degree in Psychology or Criminology (or related field)
  • Experience working with children with complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
