Senior Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ITU) team at The Lister Hospital in London. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our team.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, with a competitive salary and benefits package. You will be responsible for providing expert care to patients in our six-bedded ITU unit, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Contribute to the development of our team, including mentoring and supporting junior staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our unit's policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Registered General Nurse with NMC pin.
- General ITU - specific skills and experience.
- Extensive experience working within Critical Care.
- Critical Care Course (60 Credits).
