Senior Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ITU) team at The Lister Hospital. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of our exceptional patient experience.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, with a competitive salary and shift enhancement. You will be working in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to our high standards and guidelines.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Lead and mentor junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of solutions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Registered General Nurse with NMC pin.
- General ITU - specific skills and experience.
- Extensive experience working within Critical Care.
- Critical Care Course (60 Credits).
