Job Title: Head of Sales & Business Development - Luxury Venue

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 DOE + Bonus

Location: Gloucestershire

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Business Development to join our team at a stunning luxury venue in Gloucestershire. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing the sales and events strategy, driving revenue growth through direct sales, partnerships, and online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and events strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and engage new market segments for growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and luxury brands
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver effective marketing campaigns
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities and partnerships

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a similar role
  • Experience in luxury hospitality or a related industry
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically
