Job Description

We are looking for a Disability Support Worker to provide support to students with disabilities in a safe and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students with disabilities.
  • Assist students in accessing educational resources and activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student independence and self-advocacy.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure effective student outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, a valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, and a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £12.82 - £14.72 per hour (Depending on experience) and opportunities for professional growth and development.
