Pre-School Educator Position

We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Pre-School Educator. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and stimulating activities for children, working closely with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver activities that promote children's physical, emotional, and educational development
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to provide a positive and nurturing environment
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care and education
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in childcare and education
Requirements:
- Qualified early years educator or equivalent
- Experience working with children aged 0-5
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Estimated Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location: Southport, UK
