We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team at beBee Professionals in Southport, United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a smooth and productive learning environment.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress.
  • Maintain discipline and provide support to students with their learning needs.
  • Assist with administrative duties and contribute to the overall success of the school.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a school environment is preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and work with students of varying ages and abilities.
  • Patience and a positive attitude towards supporting students.
  • Flexibility to work on short notice when required.
  • A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
