About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Account Manager to join our Client Success Department at Visualsoft. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the growth of our clients' online businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement tailored ecommerce strategies to drive client growth and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including affiliates, CRO, email, PPC, SEO, and social media.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
