About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Account Director to join our Client Success Department at Visualsoft. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing proactive and value-adding contact to ensure their online business is growing.
  • Upsell and Retention: Achieve upsell targets by aligning Visualsoft products and services with client needs, and ensure high renewal and retention rates.
  • Commercial Acumen: Keep close to client commercials and profitability, and ensure you're on the pulse with client performance on a weekly basis.
  • Issue Resolution: Clearly articulate and escalate any issues that require greater attention, and aim to resolve issues first time by offering appropriate solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience working within a digital agency environment or in-house eCommerce role, with a strong understanding of the digital landscape and emerging opportunities.
  • Skills: Strong workload management and prioritisation skills, with a knowledge or appreciation of eCommerce.
  • Education: Not specified
