We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ophthalmic Scrub Nurse to join our team at BSR Health Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our surgical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist surgeons during ophthalmic procedures, maintaining a sterile environment and managing surgical instruments and equipment.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to provide exceptional patient care, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective surgical protocols and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with the latest ophthalmic surgical techniques and best practices.
- Registered Nurse (RN) or ODP with valid NMC/HCPC registration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a scrub nurse, preferably in ophthalmology.
- Strong knowledge of ophthalmic surgical procedures and instruments.
